Doblevalle Ltda. was founded in 2016 as a family business dedicated to the production and marketing of fresh figs in Mallarauco. We later formed a family microenterprise (FME) dedicated to exploring fig dehydration and its various possibilities. Today, nine years later, we remain dedicated with the same passion to paving the way for this specialty crop in Chile.

We don't manage the garden from a spreadsheet. We do it between the rows, on the tractor, walking the field, smelling the fig tree.
We produce fresh, good quality produce, and plenty of it for everyone. Figs are delicate, sensitive, and perishable, so we can't sell them retail. But we have a good network of retail partners who offer our products to the end consumer.
We're also a Black Mission fig nursery certified by SAG Chile. The orchard has current GLOBALG.AP certification, and our fig coffee is gluten-free.

We have plenty of reasons for this. It may seem cliché, but the fig tree is a biblical plant, very ancient. It's a hardy plant that adapts well to adverse conditions, making it an easy tree with double blooms and a long harvest. Its fruits are not only well-known, sweet, and universally appreciated, but they are also a powerful superfood.

Our orchard is GLOBALG.AP certified, an international standard that establishes standards for good agricultural practices ( GAP ). Its goal is to ensure food safety, environmental protection, worker well-being, and sustainability in agricultural production.
In addition, our coffee is certified gluten-free.
